Crystal structure of potassium tris[3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazolyl]hydroborate

The crystal structure of the potassium tris[3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazolyl]hydroborate has been determined. Potassium tris[3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazolyl]hydroborate crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pca2₁ with the parameters a=30.7323(5) ?, b=8.3083(1) ? and c=9.2173(2) ?, V=2353.48(7) ?³ with Z=4. The crystal structure reveals the formation of continuous chains where two bidentate arms of the hydroborate ligand are coordinated to one potassium and the third to another cation. The structures of numerous transition metal and actinide salts have been reported during the last decades but no alkali metal complexes were available.     

A comparative study on structure and conformation of three hydroxybenzylamine ligands

Structure and conformation of three tridentate ligands are determined. All these three compounds crystallize in different space groups, the details are as follows: Bis[(3,5-dimethyl,2-hydroxy)-2-hydroxy-5-methoxy]benzylcyclohexylamine (DHBC): monoclinic I2/a (a = 17.691(1) Å, b = 9.707(1) Å, c = 24.235(2) Å, = 91.028(1)°); bis[(3,5-dimethyl,2-hydroxy)-2-hydroxy-5-bromo]benzylcyclohexylamine (DHBrBC): tetragonal P4₁2₁2 (a = b = 12.1138(1) Å, c = 28.485(1) Å) and bis[(3,5-dimethyl,2-hydroxy)-2-hydroxy-5-bromo]benzylmethylamine (DHBrBM): triclinic (a = 5.228(1), b = 12.364(1) Å, c = 13.234(1) Å, = 94.04(1)°, = 95.72(1),° = 95.90(1)°). The cyclohexane rings in DHBC and DHBrBC assume chair conformation. Both the phenyl rings are planar in all the molecules and orient at angles of 75.5(1)°, 62.2(1)°, and 53.9(2)°, respectively with each other. The bond angles around N atom show the sp³ character. Inter- and intramolecular O–HN and O–HO types of hydrogen bondings stabilize the molecules in the unit cell in addition to van der Waals forces.     

Atmospheric DBD plasma Deposition of ECO‐Friedly Release Liners for Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tapes

The presented paper reports on the development of eco‐friendly non‐silicone containing release liners on plastic foils for pressure sensitive adhesive tapes. A solvent free process based on aerosol assisted dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma deposition was used to obtain nano‐sized coatings. Various precursors have been investigated ranging from hydrocarbons and fluorinated hydrocarbons to (meth)acrylates and fluorinated (meth)acrylates. Best results were obtained using 2‐ethylhexyl acrylate. To improved the stability of release properties upon ageing, addition of photo initiators and acrylic cross‐linkers have been evaluated. Tape adhesion tests showed stable release values below 25 cN/20 mm for 2‐ethylhexyl acrylate plasma coatings with acrylic cross‐linkers. (© 2009 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)     

烯丙基取代的铁系“茂后”烯烃聚合催化剂的合成及其催化乙烯聚合的研究

合成了烯丙基取代的含氮中性配体 [( p-C3H5) C12 H16]2 N3C9H9,然后与 Fe Cl2 反应合成含烯丙基取代的三齿“茂后”烯烃聚合催化剂 [( p-C3H5) ( C12 H16) ]2 N3C9H9Fe Cl2 ,通过 IR,1H NHR,EI-MS对化合物进行了表征 .研究了它催化乙烯聚合的能力 ,这种催化剂与 MAO组成的催化体系可在常压下催化乙烯聚合 ,活性最高达 1 .9× 1 0 6g PE/ ( mol Fe· h) .所得聚乙烯粘均分子量在 5× 1 0 4 ～ 2 .6× 1 0 5之间     

Solution-based production of graphene nano-platelets containing extremely low amounts of heteroatoms

We developed a new route for scalable production of graphene-based nano-platelets containing extremely low amounts of heteroatoms via treatment of graphene oxide suspensions with ammonia borane at low temperatures without further thermal annealing. The C/O atomic ratio measured by combustion-based elemental analysis is the highest value among published data on graphene-based nano-platelets using solution processes. Resulting materials showed a very high electrical conductivity.     

Rearrangement of N-Aryl-2-Vinylaziridines to Benzoazepines and Dihydropyrroles: A Synthetic and Theoretical Study

Herein we report the one-pot synthesis of several N-heterocyclic compounds by rearrangement reactions of N-aryl-2-vinylaziridines. The optimization of the synthetic methodology employed allowed us to obtain differently substituted 2,5-dihydro-1H-benzo[b]azepines in good yields and purities. The relationship between the nature of the starting N-aryl-2-vinylaziridine and the obtained N-heterocycle was also investigated. Finally, to rationalize all the experimental results reported in this paper a theoretical study was performed that casts light on the reaction mechanism.     

IR spectral analysis of the chemical composition of the lichen <Emphasis Type="Italic">Hypogymnia physodes</Emphasis> to assess atmospheric pollution

We have studied the level of atmospheric pollution in different urban recreational areas using analysis of the chemical composition of the lichen Hypogymnia physodes by Fourier transform IR (FTIR) spectroscopy. We have developed a procedure for determining the dominant pollutant, its concentration, and the degree of its impact on the structure of the lichen. High resolution optogalvanic spectrum of N2-rotational structure of (11, 7) band in the first positive system

High resolution optogalvanic spectrum of the (11, 7) band in the first positive system of nitrogen molecule has been recorded from 17179 to 17376 cm⁻¹. Assignment of 432 rotational lines belonging to the 27 branches of this band has been carried out.     

2-酮戊二酸对水稻根部碳-氮代谢重要酶的活性影响

2-酮戊二酸是碳-氮代谢的重要调控因子，在培养液中添加2-酮戊二酸可以促进水稻幼苗根部碳-氮代谢酶的活性．为了确定2-酮戊二酸是否与这些酶之间存在直接作用（体内实验），取正常培养的水稻幼苗材料，在上述酶的测活体系中分别添加2-酮戊二酸，并进行酶活性测定（体外实验）．实验结果表明：2-酮戊二酸可以促进水稻幼苗根组织提取液中GS，HXK的活性，而对GOGAT，ICDH没有明显的影响．上述结果说明2-酮戊二酸作为一种效应物可能与GS、HXK结合，从而在体内、体外都促进了它们的活性．
